Preconstruction Planning and Permit Acquisition
TLM believes pre-construction planning and permit acquisition are skills often overlooked by clients when hiring a General Contractor; skills that we as a company possess in order to streamline our clients project process. TLM knows that closing down your business means profit losses and we plan accordingly so that our clients project stays on schedule so they resume business as soon as possible.
Our projects managers work around the clock to satisfy our clients by making sure each job we take on meets its schedule and stays on budget. Our project managers are all trained to read blueprints and are knowledgeable in construction so that communication between TLM and our clients runs as smooth as possible.
TLM prides itself on the experience that its Foremen and Supervisors have. Our senior Foreman has forty years experience, while our senior Supervisor has over twenty five years. The rest of our Supervisors have over ten years each. In total all our Foremen and Supervisors have overseen the completion of hundreds of projects.
